DARKROOM
Our darkroom is a small but practical and flexible space kitted out with a range of tools and equipment to facilitate various photographic processes. If you're looking for high-end automated processing this isn't the space for you but is fantastic as a space to explore and experiment. We don't have mains water in the darkroom but do have a foot-pump rinse tray with a wash out room close-by with print washer.

PHOTO STUDIO
Our studio is a multi-functional space with the potential for use as a photographic studio for stills or film, for scanning and post-process work, a workshop or discussion space, a general use creative studio, 16mm editing and transfer (see below) and more.

ANALOGUE FILM
We have in the studio a 16mm, 6 plate Steenbeck film editor with magnetic and optical sound which can be used for editing and digital transfer as well as various splicers and reels. The darkroom can also be used to hand process 16mm film with a 3D printed developing tank hopefully coming soon
Available to use soon (for an additional fee) will be a Bolex H16s camera and 2 16mm Sound Projectors as well as a Canon Standard 8 Camera with more equipment to follow

OTHER EQUIPMENT & USES
We also a range of other equipment available within the studio allowing the space to be used for post processing and other creative work. There is also access to a High quality Film Scanner, Lightbox, Guillotine, Booklet folder, and work table and access to a Multifunction A3 Copier/Printer/Scanner. We also have UV lightboxes for Cyanotype.
As a member you can also use the studio and/or darkroom to run workshops or hold talks, skillshare or training sessions.
